Live Chat Support – Remote

We're looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our live chat support team. As a Live Chat Agent, you’ll assist customers via chat and email—answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is clear, helpful, and timely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email promptly and accurately
• Help customers troubleshoot service or billing issues
• Provide clear and detailed product and service information
• Record and update customer interactions in the system
• Collect feedback and offer suggestions to improve products and service workflows

Position Type: Full-time or Part-time (flexible hours)
Location: Remote / Work from home
Compensation: €45–€85 per hour
